The Gates

The Gates site is on an undeveloped 3.1‐acre parcel in northwest Morgan Hill. The project site is west of Monterey Road on an undeveloped parcel with few trees and little vegetation. The proposed project would provide 4 flexible commercial spaces, 4 Solar all-electric townhome-style condominiums, a children’s play area, bocce ball courts, a seating plaza, and barbecue areas. The market for the homes would-be first-time homebuyers and young families. These homes range in size and bedroom count, each with its private garage accessed by a common drive aisle or alleyway. Each home is accessed from shared paseos, common open space areas, or living streets.
