Logan Place

The Logan Place project consists of 66 affordable apartments units which are distributed among four garden style apartment buildings and one podium style building. A large central park and a 2,000 sq. ft. community center promotes community gatherings. Both the community center and the podium building have solar voltaic cells on the roofs. These cells help power the electricity for the community center and heat the water for the radiate heating system in the podium building.
